Great Stay with Delicious Local Dining Options

Enjoyed a restful night with family. The vibrant lobby was a hit for the kids, and we loved the nearby Julios for fantastic Mexican food. Staff were accommodating and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. Pro tip, call ahead for directions to avoid the complicated access.

absolutely atrocious stay at tru by hilton, el paso. first, the barking dogs and screaming kids certainly set the mood. plus, who doesn’t love finding a long brown hair in their bed? a special treatment upgrade would have been nice too—but I guess I’m not that special here. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The atmosphere of the lobby, with its pool table and free snacks like cookies, created a welcoming vibe. However, the room felt a bit small, and parking could be challenging during busy times. The shower had some minor leaks, which detracted from the experience but didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment.
